COMMISSION PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT

CAREFULLY READ, FILL OUT, & SUBMIT A REQUEST FORM

  • I’LL REVIEW YOUR FORM, ADD YOU TO MY WAITLIST, & GENERATE A QUOTE FOR YOUR REQUEST.

In the event I feel more information is needed to design your quote, I’ll reach out immediately for clarification.

REVIEW COMMISSION QUOTE PRICING EXAMPLES

  • I’M HAPPY TO ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING YOUR QUOTE.

Only proceed with quote approval if you’re prepared to pay for your commission. Deposit Payment delays (detailed below) will result in commission cancellation and blocking from future commissions.

APPROVE COMMISSION QUOTE

  • ONCE YOU’VE APPROVED YOUR COMMISSION QUOTE I’LL PROVIDE THE P.O. BOX ADDRESS FOR YOU TO SHIP YOUR BLANK APPAREL ITEM(S) FOR CUSTOMIZATION.

Local customers ( Wilmington, NC ) may opt to drop-off their apparel in-person, in which case we’ll arrange a time and place that works best.

SHIP / DROP-OFF APPAREL

  • UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR APPAREL, I’LL SEND A 50% DEPOSIT INVOICE OF YOUR COMMISSION QUOTE.

PAY DEPOSIT

  • UPON DEPOSIT RECEIPT, I’LL MOVE YOU TO MY WORKLIST & CREATE A DIGITAL DRAFT OF YOUR ORDER.

If I do not receive payment within 1 week of Deposit Invoice, I’ll reach out to check in and warn of your potential commission cancellation. Failure to pay the deposit within 2 weeks of invoice will result in the cancellation of your commission. Should a cancellation occur I’ll ship your unpainted apparel to your return address and block you from future commissions.

REVIEW DIGITAL DRAFT

  • LET’S CONNECT VIA E-MAIL OR DISCORD TO CRUNCH THE DIGITAL DRAFT TOGETHER! I’LL PROVIDE UNLIMITED DRAFT REVISIONS, UNTIL YOU’RE HAPPY WITH OUR PLAN :)

Revisions which significantly affect the original request may result in additional or reduced charges to your original Commission Quote which will be communicated during this Review Process and reflected in your Final Invoice.

** THIS DIGITAL DRAFT MAPS OUT THE PROJECT AND CANNOT BE ADJUSTED AFTER YOUR APPROVAL **

APPROVE DIGITAL DRAFT

  • WITH YOUR DRAFT APPROVAL I’LL DO WHAT I DO BEST ~ PAINT!

REVIEW FINAL PAINT

  • I’LL SEND PHOTOS OF THE COMPLETED HAND-PAINTED APPAREL FOR YOUR APPROVAL. FINAL TOUCH EMBELLISHMENTS ARE WELCOME, WITHIN REASON . . .

If the final design inspires you, I’m happy to add flourishes to the design we mapped out if feasible, which we’ll discuss. Any Final Touch Embellishments that extend past 1 hour of painting will result in additional charges to your final invoice.

APPROVE FINAL PAINT

  • ONCE YOU’VE APPROVED THE FINAL PAINT I’LL HEAT-SET YOUR APPAREL & REQUEST YOUR SHIPPING / DROP-OFF DETAILS WHICH I’LL USE TO GENERATE A FINAL INVOICE.

PAY FINAL INVOICE

  • UPON FINAL INVOICE RECEIPT I’LL SHIP / DROP-OFF YOUR APPAREL, INCLUDING A PHYSICAL COPY OF THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS, THANK YOU CARD, & SHAMELESS AQUARIELLE BRANDED TRINKETS SO YOU CAN ELEVATE THE ENVY EVERYONE WILL SUFFER IN YOUR PRESENCE!!!
